The cloud backend system shows that your account has a valid premium status, and thus everything should be working just fine when you sign in with your PocketLists.com account on your device in the Pocket Lists app. In case it won't, try to simply restart the app or to tap on "Restore Purchase" button in the Settings > Go Premium > See Buying Options.
If that woun't help, please attach a sample screenshot of how the app presents the premium status so we can better understand the context and to assist on the issue.
