Drag and drop items in web app
The web app is a complete joke. Dragging and dropping list items between lists is erratic, to say the least.
Are you even using unit testing for your product?

You shouldn't be charging license fees for this product at this stage. It's an open alpha release considering how poorly it works.
Sorry for the trouble. The web app indeed needs rework on some basic things such as item drag-n-drop. We'll do our best to finalize this work later this year and to make the web app work solid with no pitfalls like this.
While you do your "open beta," waive subscription fees. Anything else is just dishonest.
