Syncing Failed

I keep receiving a sync failed notification under my profile in settings. I tried to refresh but keep getting the same message. What should I do ?

      Thanks for the screenshots!

      Looks like some kind of unsyncing issue between the local app data and the data on the server. The app should not normally allow you to move items out of shared lists due to security & data integrity concerns and should not even show you a move button for such to-do lists.

      But an error message you've encountered (To-do items may not be moved outside the shared list.) means that the app did try to move items and sync this change with the server.

      We'll investigate why that could had happen and will apply additional checks in the app UI so no such syncing occur.

      The quickest solution: re-sign in the app Settings > Account. Simply sign out and sign in back again. This will re-download the entire app data from the cloud, and the issue should not occur ever again.
