Last month, for the first time, my monthly payment for premium version was not taken into consideration (and I did pay: I checked on my account!) You sent me back to the basic version. I feel really angry about that! I am looking for a competitor now...

Sorry for the trouble! It all sounds odd, so we'll do our best to help you find out why the premium account was not activated.
Please drop us a private message to hello@pocketlists.com with a screenshot of your Apple auto-renewable subscription status or receipt (any screenshot with details on your purchase).
In most cases when an account was not renewed automatically, you just need to tap on "Restore Purchase" button. This will verify your purchase with Apple server and activate/prolongate the premium status depending on the purchase details. If it won't help, please drop us a message privately so we can investigate the issue in details.
