Help!!!! I lost all of data after uninstalled and reinstalled the app!!!!
I am Catrina, a premium account of Pocket list. I have been used this app for over 5yrs. I just made an huge mistake, as I found that the speed was too slow when I using the app these 2 days, then I try to uninstall and reinstall the app and wish that can fix the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot restore my data by my gmail account after reinstalled the app. I lost all of my over 5 years data!!!!! I cannot believe that what I’ve done. I was very sad about that. I would like to ask for help that is it possible to find out my data from cloud? I remember that I’ve synced my account before uninstall the app. Really appreciate that if anyone can help me on this situation!!! All of the data are very important to me!!!!!!!

If you've been connected to the PocketLists.com cloud, there is no need to worry! The issue of not seeing your data might be related to the fact that you've connect the app to the wrong account. I.e. you've signed in using the "Sign in with Apple" option, while the original (the right) account was created with the classic "Sign in with email". Those are two different options that won't merge by default.
You just need to sign out and then sign in just the same way you've used when creating the original account.

UPD: It appeared that the original account was created with a type (@gmail.con instead of @gmail.com), and thus you were not able to sign in.
