Opening the app

When I start the app it goes to the list I had open last. Is there a way so it’ll just go to the main screen where it shows all my list so I don’t have to back out of the list I was previously in

    Well, automated return to the last opened list was one of the most requested features for the latest update according the most users feedback :) Though, we agree that we've made it a too persistent. With one of the upcoming releases, we'll teach the app to stay on the main "Lists" screen in case it was the last screen opened.
