number of outstanding items not correct on badge

Please check the badge count setting in the app's Settings > App Icon Badge. You may set it to count and display the number of either overdue only, overdue + today, or overdue + today + tomorrow items.

it is set to Overdue only, of which I have 2 but it is showing 7
