Issues with Pocket List

Every time I try to use my Pocket List App, it freezes up and I cannot use the app at all . Help!

    Sorry for the trouble! As the freeze occurs without the app crashing instantly, it looks like some kind of a local on-device data integrity issue.

    Since your have the PocketLists.com data sync enabled, and the data is backed up in the cloud, you can simply delete the app from your device > install the app from scratch from the App Store > select 'Start Fresh' on start > head on to Settings > Sync > and sign in to your account using the sign up option you've initially used — either 'Sign in with Apple' or 'Sign in with email' (please be sure to select the option you've used initially). This will download the data from the cloud from scratch so there should be no freezing issues related to the sync update.

    If that won't help, attach a screenshot on how the app looks on your device when it freezes — this will help to better understand the context. Thanks!
