Sorry for the trouble!
Indeed, something sounds not right here with the subscription here. In the PocketLists.com cloud account status, we can see that your 14-days family subscription has been activated successfully (ends on October 4th, 2020), but normally there should be no charges along with such an activation. Charges should occur only when the free trial period is over.
We are using standard Apple in-app subscriptions, and all charges are performed by Apple. Please contact Apple on the refund request so they can investigate what could go wrong and proceed with a refund: https://pocketlists.com/help/9/getting-a-refund/
