I just noticed this on the new update as well. I can’t set a time. I can set a date but when I go to set the time it closes and gives me the time that it is currently. Also, once a date is set for a given task on a given day and time why doesn’t the app organize tasks chronologically? Having to move them around is a pain and in my humble opinion the application should do that automatically.
We’ve shipped the app update — version 2.10.1 / 2.10.2 — which fixes most issues found to date.
Please install the update on the App Store and give it one more try. The time picker should be working fine now.
As for the sort order: in particular to-do lists, the app remains the sort order set by the user. It won’t sort all items by date and time unless you do this intentionally. For quick by-date sort, simply shake your iPhone — here is the guide with details and pictures: https://pocketlists.com/help/5/sorting-to-dos/
