App is syncing and crashing

I started having issues with the app crashing seconds after I opened it. I deleted the app from my phone and then added again and signed back into my Premium account a few days ago and it’s now started crashing again. I’ve now deleted the app and signed back into my account and it’s still crashing. It won’t stay open long enough for me to sign out. I go immediately to the Settings page and the app is syncing and then crashes seconds later. I have a lot of lists and items (300+) over several years - is this causing the very slow & long syncing?

I have the iOS 14 update on my phone and the latest version of the app. I also emailed the hello@pocketlists.com and have not received a response yet.
