Synchronization Taking over 13 hours and STILL NOT completed!

I want to synch all my Lists and info which includes attachments. How long should a synchronizationation be. Synching started on November 11 at 10:30 a.m. and it is now 11:58 p.m. Up to how long should synchronization take? I want to make sure that everything is backed up before — as instructed — I have to manually cancel my current monthly Premium membership so that I can UPGRADE to a Lifetime Premium account! Btw, I love this App but I do Not want to lose all my personalized categories, tasks, information and files! HELP is needed Please!

    Sorry for the trouble!

    The sync should normally finish within few seconds or up to a few minutes (in case there are 1K+ items being synced/downloaded). Not hours definitely! Looks like there is something wrong with the local app data storage on your device.

    Please try to re-sign in with your account on your device (simply sign out and sign in back again). This will re-download the entire data from the cloud and will ensure your device storage is ok in the Pocket Lists app.
    In case this won't work, feel free to re-install the app from the App Store and sign in with your account. Since the data is stored in the PocketLists.com cloud, re-installing the app is absolutely safe.

    Please drop us a private message to hello@pocketlists.com is case of any issues after the re-sign in (or the entire app re-install) so we can investigate the sync logs and see what could go wrong.
