Refund process depends on which platform you’ve purchased the premium version of Pocket Lists:
iOS. If you have purchased Pocket Lists premium subscription or a lifetime unlock via an in-app purchase in the iOS app, your request for a refund should be addressed to Apple (according to Apple policies). Please follow this step-by-step guide from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Web. To get a refund for an online card payment processed on PocketLists.com website, please contact us at hello@pocketlists.com. We'll process the refund manually.
