Crashing App

My Pocket List began to crash and I can’t open it in my iPhone any more! and its using 6.24 GB of Document and Data, which for a text App is excesive. what t I can do? Please email answer to tellez-giron@att.net, because the asigned email address for my pocket list account is not something I can received emails and it was assigened when I purchased the App
