Lists disappear and cant rearrange order of lists

Lists disappear and cant rearrange order of lists. When i try to rearrange the order of the lists the list that is selected disappears. I wanted to purchase to upgrade to premium but now Im kind of thankful I didnt. I hope it can be resolved….?
