Search issues (crash & stale)

On iOS (past versions and current 15.6.1) when I do a search and tap to uncheck an item in the search result list, the app crashes or disappears (sometimes it is gone, other times when I swipe up the app is shown as the last used app).

On MacOS after performing one search, and then entering the new search text and performing another search, the search result is the same as the previous search. The only way I have found to work around this is to quit the app and restart it to do another search.
