No sync or update

The app won't synchronise anymore. I keep having the "update in progress" message but it never stop.

Tasks or listed items keep disappearing so I have to imput them again, or they re-appear after been checked 🙄
It's not only ennoying but disappointing too. All was working perfectly before the iOS 16 upgrade. Sorry but I have cancelled my subscription to premium until this is sorted out.
