The MacOS app not loading under Ventura iOS 13

The MacOS app not loading Black screen; it's been going on for a while and I've tried uninstall-reinstall and restarting my Mac.

Not Work under iOS 13 Ventura Mac are some third party libraries to blame ?

I have the in-app purchases family for ever 41,99€
