App not updating


This issue started Sun, Feb 5. The app is no longer updating to-do tasks as they are completed. Normally I can “fix” this issue by completely deleting the app, reinstalling and starting my account over again. I’ve done that twice and none of the to-dos ever come back. The app gets stuck and constantly spins as updating for hours and hours.

    Update. To-dos have reappeared after the 2nd delete/reinstall/start over process this morning. Still don’t find this to be an acceptable long term solution, though.

    Did you delete the app from your phone and then re-install?  Did all the tasks come back or did you have to re-enter the tasks one by one?

      I completely deleted the app and all details associated with it. Then I reloaded the app, signed in with my credentials and all the info came back without having to renter by hand. It took some time for everything to sync but it worked.
