App not updating, or crashes, or is non responsive - HELP!

For the last week or so, the app hasn't been working. I check things that are done, and it doesn't update. It puts things in twice. Sometimes it doesn't respond at all. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. Please help - without Pocket Lists I'm lost!!
