Slow/Lagging

I have an i13 pro, currently updated to 16.3.1 and the app is lagging after opening, when I select an item it takes several seconds to open, this stays the same when I’m opening items while in the app, typing is ok, but it does lag too sometimes. My phone is currently up to date on updates.
