Duplicate pocket lists app on iPhone!

I’ve been using Pocketlists forever and just make a bunch of changes and noticed there are two apps on my phone Home Screen! They are identical as the changes have shown on both but I’m scared to delete either one. What should I do?

Yes, I’m on the latest version.
