Hash tag in pop up window – cannot remove it

Hello,

In the past, I had written the hashtag character with one of my items. I have deleted this item since. However, the hashtag and a number still appear in the popup menu. See screenshot:

I'm using the latest version of the app on my iPhone SE (1st gen) running iOS 15. How can I delete this?
