Sound alerts

I just paid for premium version and activated the sound alert. It worked only one time.

Now it won’t play any sound. 

I have made sure the sound function was « on » in my iPad settings and also in the App. I also turned ipad off and then back on but nothing changed.

Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
