Completed items reappeared
In the last few days our account has changed drastically in one of our shared lists. All of a sudden we have over 800 items reappear. Just a few days ago this list had only 1 item. Now it has what seems to be any item we’ve added, ever. This is overwhelming and weird.
Please advise if there is a fix other than deleting the list all together and starting/sharing a new one.
This occurs on both iPhones 15 pro phones and an iPad which are currently running the latest iOS, version 18.

I finally just clicked through the 800+ items to get my list back to its desired state.
