Constant updating, not syncing, dates are one day behind

I'm having major problems with my app, which generally I love.  It's constantly updating; I can't sign out; it's not syncing between my iPhone and my computer; the dates on my computer are one day behind the dates on my phone.  Things are a mess.  I have done a soft close, a hard close, turned phone off and on again, deleted the app and reinstalled the app - what else can i do or what can you do to fix this???  Please help.
