2 issues : Premium options not available / no sound coming from alarms

hi, it happened again.

I paid for Premium membership but the “personalized reminder” option is still not working. I see a star besides it and can’t access.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and it didn’t change a thing.

Problem number 2, I have selected a sound for my alarms and made sure the sound option was activated in my iPad’s parameters and put my volume on but no sound can be heard at all.

Please how can this be fixed?
