App still not refreshing

my app both on phone and computer is frozen as “updating”. I cannot do anything…can’t sign out, can’t add any tasks, can’t complete any tasks etc. absolutely will not refresh. Very frustrated…especially since I just purchased Premium membership. Have been using this app for years and love it, but this is brutal!!!!
