Extremely Frustrated - App not Refreshing

This is my third time reporting this bug in regards to the app not refreshing. No one has contacted me to follow-up either. Ever since I upgraded to Pocket List Pro the app is stuck in a perpetual mode of “updating”. I cannot add anything that actually stays, I cannot check off completed tasks, they just show up again. I have missed appointments because I think I have them entered but since it does not update properly, they disappear. I have had to delete the app three times already and reinstall it to get it to update. Each time I reinstall it takes longer to load everything and I am getting fearful that I will lose data. I have been a long time user of Pocket Lists and absolutely LOVE this app but lately it has been extremely frustrating that I am considering sourcing another app. It is annoying and upsetting because I just paid extra money to go Pro and I cannot even enjoy the new features I have access to. Please help!
