Yes, the passcode lock feature is available as part of the premium package. It works on a per-list basis which means you can set an individual 4-digit passcode for each to-do list to protect (hide) its data unless you enter the passcode or authorize via Face ID or Touch ID. Protected list data becomes hidden in the search and to-do stream (filters) too.
