Sorry for the trouble!
Looks like some kind of unsyncing which resulted in the data integrity issue. Please try to sign out form the web app then sign in back again. This will re-download your entire Pocket Lists data from the cloud to the browser local storage and will likely fix this issue. If it won't, please drop us a message to hello@pocketlists.com with a screenshot, and we will investigate it on the server side in details.
