How to save App Store applications links easily in Pocket Lists?

When you save an App Store application in a note or reminder for later, pocket lists never includes the link to the App, only the title, so when your’re ready to install the Ap, instead of a link directing you to the Ap store, you have to manually go into the App Store and do a manual search for the title of the Ap in order to install it. This is something that the very basic IOS (iPhone and iPad) does very easily, yet Pocketlists cannot? That looks like a dealbreaker to me.
