Add new items to any position in list, not just the beginning
We should be able to add new items to the end of an existing list (or any other position for that matter). In cases where items on a list are sequential in nature, and where new items are added frequently, it’s frustrating having to add to the top then having to manually move an item to the bottom / middle of a list.

Thanks for sharing the idea!
As a temporary solution — please be aware that you can unpinch two items to add a to-do item between them. This allows you to quickly add items literally anywhere within a to-do list (except for the bottom — but we'll definitely consider how to integrate bottom item creation in future app updates).
